Accountancy Magazine

About Us

Accountancy magazine is the leading monthly UK magazine for chartered accountants.

It covers a wide range of issues of interest to accountants, wherever they work, from technical accounting matters through to general business and careers features. To see what's in this month's issue, click on the icon on the left.

Accountancy is widely regarded as the chartered accountant's bible because of its good quality and wide-ranging editorial coverage and its provision of up-to-date technical accounting, auditing, regulatory and tax guidance.

Accountancy stories and surveys are regularly followed up by the national media.

The magazine is put together and partly written by an experienced team of business journalists, but also includes contributions from well-known commentators and technical experts.

It is published by CCH, the leading global provider of essential information and support to accounting professionals, and is based in Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey, in the UK.

The magazine is editorially independent, but also acts as the official journal of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), and includes a section conveying information that the institute wishes to communicate to its members. The ICAEW provides a copy of Accountancy to all its members as part of the institute membership package.

The magazine is also available on subscription, suitable for anyone with an interest in accountancy, financial or business matters. You can subscribe by calling 0844 5618162. Click here to find out more about subscription rates.

Accountancy also carries a wide range of advertising, including jobs, financial software, technology, fleet and company cars, events, personal and business finance and travel. Click here to find out more about how to advertise in the magazine.
